Canadian journalist retells world about November 04 attacks

A Canadian journalist and writer Jeff Pearce retold the international community with ample evidence that the terrorist TPLF clique was the party that fired the first bullet and committed coordinated attacks against federal troops stationed in Tigray State of Ethiopia on November 04,202

In his ten-minute video report, Pearce stated that urging Ethiopia’s federal government to sit with fugitives of justice equates urging the U.S. or British governments to resolve difference with al-Qaeda that committed September 11 attack (9/11) and London bombings. “Ethiopia had its own 9/11 last year.”

On the night of 3rd November 2020 forces loyal to TPLF attacked several military bases of the Ethiopian federal army and there were defectors among the army who betrayed their comrades and slaughtered them in the night, he elaborated. “We know that the outlawed group attacked the military bases because they told us loud and clear that they did it.”

Pearce also provided video evidence in which TPLF’s late spokesperson Sekoture Getachew admitted the faction launched ‘a preemptive attack’ against the Northern Command of the Ethiopian National Defense Force (ENDF).

“We needed to launch a lightning type of strike by including those who were members of the Northern Command of the ENDF and who are willing to support our cause, we made a powerful action to destabilize and demobilize the Northern Command,” said Sekoture.

Pearce also spoke to members of the Northern Command who have been wounded in the attack.

Adamneh Alula, the victim, stated that on the night of November 03, the unexpected attack began. “We knew that we were in a peaceful country and we were there to protect the people of Tigray and the Constitution whilst being stabbed from behind by our ex-comrades.”

According to him, TPLF associates began shelling the military camps after midnight around 2AM and it was difficult for them to quickly identify who attacked them and why. “We kept fighting for three consecutive days and we were courageous enough to fight until the last bullet. The government was not there yet to come to our rescue, so we fought for three days without food or water.”

Yirga Mulugeta, another soldier who had been wounded by the attack recalled that members of the army were sleeping whilst confidants of the clique launched the treasonous strike. “Our duty is to defend the sovereignty of our country and the wellbeing of our people and we do not have a problem with the people of Tigray. As the criminals were desperate to seize the military hardware of the Northern Command, they forced us to surrender by denying food and water.”

Adamneh further said that the TPLF is the enemy of Ethiopia and its people and its elimination is the only viable way to restore peace and stability in the country and help the people to have peaceful and dignified lives. “It is a customary practice to resolve political differences through negotiations and our military may be the first one to be attacked by those whom it has paid enormous sacrifice to protect and defend them.”

Noting TPLF has been utilizing underage children that barely wield firearms to its war efforts, Yirga said that the criminal group employed a drug called “Power Plus” to give the latter a motivation to fight. “The ENDF does not want to shoot those children though they keep firing and the gangs forced the schoolchildren to face a more trained and well-equipped army with empty hands.”

Pearce highlighted that the West is being misled by the terrorist enterprise’s well-oiled propaganda as most of the corporate media has consistently presented the faction’s account.
